Steve did an incredible job inspecting a new home purchase for us. The home is 130 years old, and he spent 7+ hours there going over every detail of the home. He found multiple things that were potential safety issues, and his report helped us get some great seller concessions for the purchase and gave us peace of mind about the improvements we need to make.
