He was exceptionally thorough, professional, and knowledgeable. He was able to explain complex structural concerns in a way that I was able to understand without oversimplifying the issues. He took the time to answer every question, clearly separated major concerns from minor cosmetic items, and provided practical recommendations rather than unnecessary alarm. I called level engineering to have a structural engineer look at a property I was interested in buying. I had the pleasure of working with Sheri. She was prompt and on time to the property and extremely knowledgeable. She discovered a few things on that property that I don't think many other people would have noticed. I appreciate her time, expertise and mostly her ability to easily explain structural components of the home to me. I would most definitely use Level Engineering again and I would personally request Sheri.
