I moved from the eastern part of the country after my husband died and this was my first ever experience with renting. The townhouse was perfect for me. I’ve had a fantastic experience renting from Hawk Hometown Property Management! From day one, their professionalism and attention to detail have stood out. One of the biggest things I appreciated was how they handled the condition of the home after the previous tenants moved out. When I voiced concerns about lingering pet odors, they went above and beyond by having all the carpets replaced, not just cleaned. It gave me such peace of mind knowing I was moving into a truly fresh and clean space.

Mike & Trisha were great. Every time we had a request, they took care of it. Usually next day, even on weekends. We're very thankful they gave us an opportunity to rent four years ago and can't recommend them enough. Thank you for taking care of the place we've lived in and going above and beyond multiple times. You guys are great.
