Moralless company managed by the selfish and greedy. The epitome of slum lords.Steve Schroeder should be ashamed to have these people manage his properties. The apartments are disgusting and this company will try to squeeze you of everything you've got just to line their own pockets. Would never recommend.

I have lived here for many years. Since Carrie and Dave took over in about 2014 living conditions have improved 100%. My quality of life, and that of the neighbors I speak to regularly has improved as well. Carrie and Dave make sure we are always taken care of, have worked hard to not only ensure that all of our maintenance needs are met but also that the buildings and grounds are well maintained and updated regularly, and have supported me through good times and bad. They foster a community of residents who care for and support one another. This is a quiet, safe, supportive place to live and I couldn't imagine finding a better place to call home.

CMP is a horrible place to rent from. Would not recommend it to my worst enemy. The maintenance guy Dave gets mad when he has to come out to fix something, an awful attitude and does not fix anything right when he does come out. The ladies in the office are very rude. They have attitudes and are no help. Don't rent through this company very non professional.
