The materials were delivered when promised and the re-roofing started early and continued throughout the day until completed. The work site was left clean and undamaged. The city building inspector declared the work “perfect” and we agree. Garret secured the Letter of Completion to close out the roof permit and promptly completed the homeowners insurance certification for a possible premium reduction. These guys are tops.“

“The last time I needed a new roof was in 2012. That changed in July 2024 with a severe hailstorm. What also changed was the process of getting a new roof between 2012 and 2024. I was clueless, but thanks to Allstate, and Ryan at Schroder Roofing, the process was less painful due to them being very helpful throughout.
