“Well, where do I start? I am a ham radio operator. Disabled Vet and live in an HOA that will not allow ham radio antennas.. I tried everything.. Attic Antenna… sneak a portable outside when it’s dark. Nothing worked with any efficiency. I monitored Social media on what other Hams were doing to overcome this HOA obstacle. Gutter antennas kept popping up and operators had great reception going this route. The kicker, or caution dictated you have to have electrical continuity throughout the gutter layout. Which means every joint or elbow need a couple stainless steel screws to achieve that goal. So an issue presented itself about the fitting where downspouts attach to main gutter. Forget the name of those thingys. But any what are they made from and how are they attached. I did a continuity test at the beginning downspout on NE corner and ran a conductor line to last downspout and no continuity. My son got screws in all the downspouts so the problem was those top fittings..I will call them Do-Dads.<br>So I thought who would know the gutter construction better than a seamless gutter contractor. So I sent an email to Front Range Seamless Gutters to see If they could tell me what they were made from and how attached. Within an hour I got an email from Brandon at FRSG. He said he would come out right away and he did… he didn’t say it will what the cost of his time. I didn’t ask….No charge!!! He spent quite at bit of time with me and inspected the Do-Dad and it was determined that the top elbow connecting to that Do-Dad needed the screws which we missed.<br>I thanked him for his time and left.<br>My Son put the screws in all for downspouts and I have continuity 👍🏻<br>Now who does that….
