They did an excellent job in a very timely manner. There were no surprises about anything on their part. Jason went over the cost, and explained thoroughly, and always responded to questions or getting answers as needed. They are a company with a lot of integrity and that means everything. Lastly, beautiful roof!

We used Schroeder Roofing as part of a real estate transaction. We were on a tight timeline and they really came through for us on a project that included a new roof, skylights, gutters & some exterior painting. Excellent communication, quality, and follow-through as they worked well with all parties- buyers, sellers, agents & the insurance company. We highly recommend this company!

Jason is amazing and Shroeder Roofing is by far one of the most professional roofing companies with which I've worked. As a Realtor, I've been involved with countless roof repairs, replacements, and insurance claims over the past 17 years. Shroeder went above an beyond to ensure both the Seller and the Buyer received the highest quality products and service. If you are told that you don't have an insurance claim, we at recommend you call Jason for a 2nd opinion. After 3 companies said there was no claim, he met with insurance and in addition to a new roof, they found additional items to repair and replace including skylights, gutters, and siding.
