“I can’t say enough good things about Rosner Roofing. We have had a long standing issue with our bedroom exterior wall having the paint lightening at the drywall seams. Our contractor wondered if it was water slowly migrating into the wall during the winter. He recommended we call Owen and have him look at it. He came out and discovered the flashing for that section of the roof was in fact lying in the gutter. He was on time and took the time to diagnose this long standing problem. “6/30/23 In June 2023, I contracted with Mile High Roofing and I dealt with Scott – the manager and owner. He reroofed my 2500 sq. ft. ranch home in Parker, CO that was hailed out in May 2023. I am uncertain how we found each other but I am sure glad we did. I am 81 years old and over the past 30 years I have had to replace six hailed-out roofs on three different homes. Two while living in Centennial, CO, three in Highlands Ranch and now one in Parker.
