“Berlin flooring was contracted to refinish about 1,500 sf of our red oak hardwood floors. Scott and his team coordinated their work with multiple other contractors seamlessly. We had 7 walls removed so Berlin Flooring "feathered " in new wood pieces where the walls had been removed. They then stripped/sanded the original wood flooring and applied a protective covering. (We elected to go without stain.) The results of Berlin Flooring's work on our floors demonstrates a knowledge of wood and the processes involved in refinishing hardwood floors is vast and dialed in. I definitely recommend Berlin Flooring to anyone considering installing or refinishing hardwood floors. Oh, BTW, our dog had an accident and bled all over the sanded but not yet finished flooring - about 10'x3' - and Berlin Flooring was able to perform magic in getting the blood out of the flooring.
