Larry our salesperson on 3 different occasions guided us to picking out the best flooring and the best carpet for our situation and price range. Could not have figured it out as well on our own. We have been highly pleased with those selections. Installation happened within the week. In one instance the flooring was slow to arrive, but Larry stayed on top of issue constantly, plus floor installer stayed late into the night to get it done.

We had a great experience with the team at Carpet Exchange in Westminister. Robert was most knowledgeable in helping us select our carpet. The installation team was first class. After installation we had a small glue mark on the carpet and, after contacting Jason, he sent out an expert to remove it. We couldn't be happier.

I bought hardwood floors from AHS. As my installer was putting them in, he said the flooring was warped. I called Jason who I had worked with & he submitted it for warranty through the flooring manufacturer. It took quite a while to process my claim but I got all new flooring that wasn't warped. Carpet Exchange went the extra mile & even covered the cost of the installers so he knew the install was good. Rodrigo was amazing & my new floors look gorgeous! I really appreciate how hard Jason worked to process my warranty claim & I was impressed that AHS honored their warranty. Thank you Jason & Carpet Exchange!!
