Dr. Lalwani is an amazing Doctor. I would have lost the sight in my left eye by now if not for her care. Her staff has been going above and beyond in helping me get the funding for my eye injection medicine in place. This has been an long and involved process for them to give me the best care possible. I am very lucky and blessed.

I was diagnosed with a retinal detachment.
Dr Lalwani was able to get me into surgery quickly.
She was professional and explained what was going on to me.
She made me see again.

It is unfortunate when an exceptionally proficient, to say the least, medical professional is let down by the staff at the office, and Dr. Lalwani is subject to this. Her proficiency is not in question here; however, the support staff is beyond rude to the point of confrontational. Accounting accountability is lacking, and then receive a billing statement eight months post service with no claim on the insurance information provided at check-in your questions as to what, why, how is responded with an exceptionally aggressive and confrontational tone.
