It is unfortunate when an exceptionally proficient, to say the least, medical professional is let down by the staff at the office, and Dr. Lalwani is subject to this. Her proficiency is not in question here; however, the support staff is beyond rude to the point of confrontational. Accounting accountability is lacking, and then receive a billing statement eight months post service with no claim on the insurance information provided at check-in your questions as to what, why, how is responded with an exceptionally aggressive and confrontational tone. I was diagnosed with macular degeneration and my optometrist highly recommended Dr. Lalwani. In my monthly visits for injection I have found Dr. Lalwani to be compassionate, respectful, and truly above all others in the field of eye disease. Dr. Lalwani has taken the time to listen and care about each person coming thru the door. I have observed each month as her highly trained staff treats each person. Not often does someone you trust with your eyesight become such a dear person in your life. Taking time to talk and laugh. Thanks Dr. Lalwani for truly caring.
