I had my first eye care appointment yesterday at Focusvision with Dr. Cottrell and staff members, Jennifer, Rebecca and Jim. I selected the practice based on research and reviews, so I arrived with high expectations. They did not disappoint! This was the most comfortable, efficient, personalized vision screening I've experienced! They were fantastic and I left my appointment knowing that I had found highly competent, skilled professionals who truly put customers first. Also, since I just turned 65, they helped to confirm my eye exam benefit offered through Eyemed, a vision screening discount on exams, frames and lenses for AARP United Health Care members. I look forward to returning today to pick out new eye glasses!
