Eric was super helpful and professional. The company was able to fit us in short notice. We were having issues with our hot water but they helped us out within 24 hours. Great timing and friendly. From the call to the in-house appointment.
TNT came to the rescue when I believe most plumbers would not have touched this job.The plumber who arrived (who was also an IT specialist during his Uniformed Service), provided an expert evaluation, demonstrated depth of knowledge of the challenges/materials/risks, stepped up with the ability to improvise solutions. The fix has held solid and is a testament to an expert job well done.Thank You very much, TNT, you restored our hot water faster and better than we could have hoped for!
Brent and Eric came by to unclog a gnarly toilet for us. They were very polite and professional, and worked quickly to resolve the problem. Great communication on what they were doing, plan B, and cost - and they resolved the issue within a short time period. Super grateful for them and will use TNT for any future needs!
