The low rating is for Dr Warren. Not her staff.
I went to a scheduled followup appointment with Dr. Warren and was told that the doctor was too busy to see me. I found that unprofessional, disappointing, and unacceptable since Dr Warren stated she would see me to talk about my biopsy results and how to proceed with treatment. I will not schedule another appointment.

First of all people were very nice whom I spoke with. I got the old bait and switch on the cost of my scan. Website advertised $190 for an abdominal scan. I even called to confirm this cost before scheduling. Well evidently they left out the fact that that cost was based on if your insurance covered the other half. I double confirmed with the lady on the phone that this online price of $190 was indeed the cost with NO INSURANCE. Well I just received a $179 bill stating my insurance didn't cover this. Tell me something I don't know...That was the whole reason for confirming the original $190 cost. Very disappointed. Get something in writing if you're going to deal with Health Images. I feel I got taken advantage of.

Not a bad place to hang out. Just be careful of the people wearing night gowns. They're not very happy in the winter and the back of the gowns is open! ? Also, don't let your grandmother come here by herself. The natives don't know how to drive.
