Great process, this was my second time trying to get a med card the first time was online and it was so confusing, this was a lot easier as the doc had instructions for me. All the staff were very nice. I recommend to anybody trying to get they're medical marijauna card.

Edit: On the 6th day they did finally get back to me which I appreciated, and they apologized for the time it took to get back to me. I usually am not impatient, but I am in urgent scenario. I now feel confident in a 5-Star review, however I’d encourage that they improve their communication system outside of the exams.Previous Review:Would like to give a higher review, as the process was simple, however no one ever answers the phone! My birthdate on my provider certification was incorrect so I’ve been trying to call to fix my issue.
