i was lucky i found them, especially Logan, the project manager. i was pretty horrified to come home from a trip and find a flooded basement. i called a competitor first, and them seemed great too, but for a smaller leak from rain through a window well, started at approx 3k. The owner of restoration With Care began with drying and setting up fans and a dehumidifier, broke down the cost, and assured me i’d have some control. what a relief. They didn’t get defensive! Rapid Dry, saved my flooded basement! They came right away, stopped the flooding and explained what needed to be done. I would call them again, they were very kind and did a great job!!! They rock!!!
Our house had a waterline break during a cold spell on Jan 16. I'm guessing water flowed into our recently finished basement for 8 hours and flooded our basement throughout. Rapid Dry arrived early on the 17th and had most of the water vacuumed out by noon. It took a week to dry things out completely. My basement is back to normal within a month! The restoration contractors were awesome. A huge shout-out to this company and their team. Special recognition goes to our project lead Kelley and his professionalism!
