“I was challenged with either replacing my carpet in places, or finding someone to professionally clean the markings from two male orange tabby cats. Brand new house, new carpeting, three years living here and found numerous places of multiple offenses, Mostly around the baseboards and in corners. I personally have always done it myself with every highest medical grade bioenzymatic, cleaners. Believe me, I found them all. However, I reached a point where I couldn't do it myself anymore. What I loved about Marty was that he came over promptly and said hey let's try out my product and method and if it doesn't remove the urine, no charge. So we tried a spot,
treated it and it worked like a champ! I was so relieve. So we just finished cleaning all the carpets in the house, full basement, two sets of stairs, landing's, hallways upstairs; easily three-quarter of the house is carpeted and needed pet treatment. Also, I'm very smell sensitive so a lot of the product smells really bother me but this pet treatment smells fresh a little vanilla and after day 2 it's already diminished.
The cats aren't sensitive to it either.
Marty truly is professional. He knows the industry, knows carpet and products like he said he's got 20 products on his truck and he knows what to do treat the problems. We talked a lot about other companies and their methods and why they don't work well. So when it comes to regular cleaning or specialized pet treatment, Marty and his company are the best. I'm so glad I got connected with him and he will be go to for all future carpet cleaning.”
