“We had an excellent experience with SERVPRO in Thornton. Manuel, the Area Manager, was professional, responsive, and clearly knew what he was doing from the first call. He kept us informed throughout the entire process and made sure the job was done right. His team was courteous, efficient, and treated our home with care. It’s clear Manuel takes real pride in his work and leads his team well. Highly recommend SERVPRO Thornton — ask for Manuel if you want the job done right!”
“Sean, the owner of Mean Machine Carpet Cleaning, came out to my home and did an outstanding job. We had some serious pet odor issues in our carpets, and I was honestly worried they might not come out — but Sean tackled them head-on and the smell is completely gone.
He also removed some tough, serious stains that I thought were permanent. It’s clear he takes pride in his work and really knows how to treat different types of carpet issues. He was professional, personable, and clearly passionate about what he does.
Highly recommend Mean Machine Carpet Cleaning if you’re dealing with pet smells, stains, or just need a deep clean. Ask for Sean — you won’t be disappointed!”
