Tommy was awesome and LL staff have been extremely polite and helpful at all the locations I had to go, so far, to gather the last of the hardwood that was in stock, that I needed before next weekend.Better prices than carpet Mart and better quality than big box stores like HDepot

Edit update: Spoke with someone physically at the store and they were able to make it right. The customer service in store is great.Received custom stair treads that were poorly packed and a couple were damaged upon unboxing. Will contact store to make it right. Will update upon results of contact.

Tommy is the best store manager there is and L & L is lucky to have him. We have replaced our floor three times and he has been Tommy on the spot with all our needs, concerns, estimates and materials with the best deal possible. Yes we would go there again and again and again.
