“Park Meadows Cleaners did a fantastic job cleaning my wedding dress. I wore the dress during my beautician's consultation and got a makeup ring along my neckline. Park Meadows had no problem getting that out and making the dress look beautiful again.When I came to pick the dress up, the associate went above and beyond and even carried the dress out to my car. I have a two-door small sedan, so loading it was somewhat difficult. But he made sure the dress was hooked in the back and laid flat to keep it from wrinkling. What excellent customer service!I also dropped the dress off after our wedding. It had several stains, but they managed to get all of them out. I also had a belt that was tack-stiched on, which they had to remove before cleaning. The dress looked great with no signs of damage from removing the belt. Turn around time was also super fast (just one week). And he helped me load the dress in my car again! I also ordered a storage box for the dress, which they included it at a very competitive price. Overall, I highly recommend this cleaner for wedding dresses!”

“My kid is in Denver for an AnimeCon today and the head piece I made for the costume fell apart. I googled for a seamstress or tailor close to the venue, then asked for one with experience with costumes and this came up. I phoned and explained the situation to a very polite gentleman named Jason who compassionately listened to our predicament. I explained I was calling from out of Denver as we don't live there. Also that what I made was very DIY and would probably need glue and staples and not sewn. He asked if she was close by and if I could send her right down. I let him know she was in full costume and makeup and just asked he do anything he could to just help her get through the day. We both chuckled a bit, myself not knowing if he could help, and him probably for a request not exactly requiring a tailor. She was 6 minutes away and shortly text me letting me know he had found a way to put together and reinforce what I made to get her through the Animecon. From the website it looks like a tailor with expertise in fine tailoring and elegant bridal wear as well as sharply tailored suits. I hope my kid coming over in costume added something different from your usual day if anything. Thank you. Thank you for taking the time to look at it even if you couldn't help but you did. This interaction displayed more than good customer service to me. It displayed the content of character of the business and how it went above and beyond in an attempt to help a customer and that is so very rare in todays world. Thank you from a forever grateful mother for being a hero and saving our day. I will forever recommend your business.”

She said she could have it ready Friday, which was a lifesaver, since the recital is Saturday. On Tuesday night, I realized I had forgotten about dress rehearsal and my daughter would need her costume Wednesday. I told her I could just take the costume back (and wasn't going to request a refund) but she said she could do the alteration that same day! She asked me when I needed it and immediately agreed to the time. If anyone asks for a recommendation, I will send them Kathy's way. And I will give her my future business!”
