“Started to come here after seeing a disappointing quality in other cleaners that have good reviews. They charge an honest rate and easy to work with. The only thing that keeps the place from a 5 star review is that they have a $10 credit card minimum which seems to be an old practice from the 90s. Recommend they evaluate new processors to help address this and then I would be happy to make this a 5 star review. I won't always have $10 worth of dry cleaning and cash is a hassle.“

“I took my wedding dress to be cleaned after our wedding. The hem of the dress and about 2-3 inches up was completely black and it looks brand new!! The owner was honest with me when I dropped it off that it was going to take time and effort and even said if the stain wasn’t budging he’d call me to pick it up so we weren’t both disappointed in the end if it wasn’t coming clean. That was not the case fortunately! He worked on it for probably a month! I was shocked that it looks brand new!! I’ve taken my comforter in and he rushed it for me so I’d have it back before company came in town. I take my usual dry clean pieces here too and they’re always quick and easy to work with. Super nice people.“

“Anything less than 5 stars for this place is an anomaly not worth taking into consideration. I am very, very particular about my suits, shirts and other very expensive textiles. Ms. Sookie is the best in the business and I’ve had suits done on every corner of the earth at this point and I have yet to find a cleaner or tailor that is as meticulous and thorough as Ms. Sookie.Prices are an abomination and only because she doesn’t charge enough. Would gladly pay a premium for the level of service provided here. She is very friendly and will be very clear on what she will and will not do— have yet to find a stain she couldn’t get out and she’s graciously saved my very expensive crinkle velvet duvet covers from a dog hair disaster on more than one occasion.Everything is ready on time as promised and I always look and feel great after she’s cared for my suits. I have 3 dry cleaners that do daily pickup in my neighborhood, most of which offer same or next day turnaround. I pass probably a dozen cleaners on my drive to Sookie and it’s worth the 20 minutes in the opposite direction for me to go here. Seriously that great.“

Finally they ran the address and they found it, but it was put entirely under the wrong first name and a misspelled last name. Thats the reason they couldn't find it! Other than that, it was alright!“

“Park Meadows Cleaners did a fantastic job cleaning my wedding dress. I wore the dress during my beautician's consultation and got a makeup ring along my neckline. Park Meadows had no problem getting that out and making the dress look beautiful again.When I came to pick the dress up, the associate went above and beyond and even carried the dress out to my car. I have a two-door small sedan, so loading it was somewhat difficult. But he made sure the dress was hooked in the back and laid flat to keep it from wrinkling. What excellent customer service!I also dropped the dress off after our wedding. It had several stains, but they managed to get all of them out. I also had a belt that was tack-stiched on, which they had to remove before cleaning. The dress looked great with no signs of damage from removing the belt. Turn around time was also super fast (just one week). And he helped me load the dress in my car again! I also ordered a storage box for the dress, which they included it at a very competitive price. Overall, I highly recommend this cleaner for wedding dresses!“
