Above-and-beyond service. Pickup and return are reliable, and the cleaning is impeccable.
But there’s more: they take special care when they think your items deserve extra attention. Dress shirts that had missing buttons came back with replacements, and a Montblanc pen I’d long forgotten in a jacket pocket was returned to me in a proper envelope. Highly recommend!
My family and I have been going to Hot Pink Cleaners for the past 6 years. They have been wonderful to us. Suits and jackets are always cleaned really well. I walked in the other day and the owner already had my order hanging and ready for me to pick up. I was shocked and impressed to see that he recognized me. That is how you run a professional and people first business. Thank you for your kindness. See you next time!
I have used them twice. They did a great job dry cleaning my wedding parties clothes. 2nd time I used them it was for same day dry cleaning last minute. Dress was ready with no issues.
For my dress they went above and beyond. They picked it up from my house. I will only use them for my dry cleaning!!!’
