I’ve used this service for years mostly without incident. They have never lost any of my clothes, and the dry cleaning has been fantastic. I’ve noticed that their reliability has deteriorated over the past year. Some of it is understandable and out of their control. Also, John is a really great guy.

For now I can only give a 4 star.....John sold this business to someone else About 1 month ago...John didn't tell his clients obviously.....I was surprised by this news when I arrived at the store to drop off some clothes and was told " John doesnt own this store any longer...the new owner's name is Ron".........It used to be reliable and on time.....I hope the new owner will be as good or better than John....he's getting his sea legs on now and it's a steep learning curve for anyone, I'm sure of that........It seems that John upon his departure did not give Ron all the information and tools needed to provide the very best seamless service just yet...... Convenient, friendly, and does a good job. I work weird hours so I love the convenience of the 24hr drop-off and pick-up. They did a great job of steaming my formal dress for an event.
