“Kathy is so kind and accommodating! I dropped off my daughter's dance costume on Monday for an alteration. She said she could have it ready Friday, which was a lifesaver, since the recital is Saturday. On Tuesday night, I realized I had forgotten about dress rehearsal and my daughter would need her costume Wednesday. I told her I could just take the costume back (and wasn't going to request a refund) but she said she could do the alteration that same day! I've only gone once so far. Needed the waist on my slacks adjusted in a week's time. Called several nearby places, and this one had the *best price for on-location alterations.* Walked in and there was sewing equipment all around; definitely not just a cleaning place. Sweet Christian Chinese couple. A little more effort to communicate, but they promptly understood what we wanted and agreed to the deadline. Paid $30. Slacks look and feel great!“
