Although our carpet isn't installed yet, we wanted to do a review for Tami. She was very professional and friendly. Tami really helped us in picking out the right color and carpet. She is a designer, and her ideas steered us in the right direction; no small feat with so many options to choose from. We are grateful for her help and highly recommend her!
The installers were wonderful. Extremely hard workers, very friendly, took very good care of our home, cleaned up after themselves, did not leave until the job was done (a 12 hour day for them). The carpet looks great. There was a little language barrier but we all managed just fine.
We are very happy with Carpet Exchange. Both the Robs we worked with were great. They always kept us informed, and always willing to answer our questions.
Holly was amazing to work with and the installation team with “Carlos the Carpet Guy” were so fun, kind, thorough and did a great job. We had four upstairs bedrooms done and it was totally easy and doable.
