“I've been going to chiropractors my whole life (53 years), so I know when I've found a good one. After recently moving to the Severance/Windsor area, I found New Beginnings Chiropractic, and I couldn't be happier with them.

Their practice is so family-friendly and so focused on wellness that you leave with a good feeling - and that's before you even factor in the adjustment. With the adjustment, the pain starts to improve, and with pain relief comes a healthier lifestyle.

I personally see Dr. Tiffany. She is friendly, caring and she feels like an old friend you're just catching up with. What I appreciate most is that she checks in with my body before she does the adjustment so she can tailor it to what I actually need that day.

The little details also tell you a lot about a practice. Their restroom has a changing table with extra diapers for mamas with littles and they have a dedicated nursing room in case you are running around that day and need to nurse before the next appt. From what I understand, they specialize in pregnant women and children, but they treat the whole family. If I'd had a chiropractor like this 30 years ago when I was having babies, my pregnancies would have been so much easier.

“I have to say I was very skeptical about chiropractors, but that has now changed!! I've been having super bad pain in my lower back followed by numbness and stabbing feeling in mu upper left leg. I suffered for 3 months and a hand full of co workers telling me to get help, it might be my Sciatic nerve.
