About Bailey Roofing & Exteriors
Bailey Roofing & Exteriors is a Denver-based roofing company that has been serving the Front Range area since February 2010. The company offers a comprehensive range of services, including installations, repairs, exterior enhancements, and insurance claims assistance. A team of dedicated professionals delivers exceptional craftsmanship and customer satisfaction, with reliable, high-quality solutions tailored to the unique requirements of each property.
Customers describe the team as professional, responsive, and easy to work with from start to finish. Communication is clear, the work is high quality, and everything is completed on schedule. One customer notes that the company was recommended by an insurance agent because of the quality work they do, and that the workers did an excellent job with the installation.
The company is known for thorough roof inspections. One inspection included a ton of pictures, a 30+ page detailed roof report, and a full explanation of each item. The report gives homeowners options on how to extend the life of a roof without incurring the cost of a whole new roof. The smaller fixes and service are done as part of the roof report. A realtor notes that the detailed report is a fabulous tool for sellers and a great asset for buyers, and that the GoNano product can extend the life of a roof for years to come, which is helpful with getting a deal done where the roof is a little bit older but not in need of being replaced. Customers also note that the team does not try to upsell on something that is not needed, has been in the industry a long time, and is a good communicator.
Reviews
Brian does an excellent job at explaining material differences as well as future expectations. He has been in the industry for many years, works with insurance carriers while providing support to his clients. Great resource for all things roof and exteriors.
Brian was great to deal with - very professional, responsive, and extreme follow through! My home sustained damage by one of the hail storms this summer and I had numerous repairs - this was a "one stop shopping" for roof, windows, gutters, paint, and whatever was needed. Brian was here when the insurance estimator was on the roof and ran whatever interference was needed with the insurance company. True pleasure to do business with - HIGHLY recommend Bailey Roofing!
