“I was sitting a doggie who appeared to have ear mites, and the owners were out of the country. They got me in on a Saturday the same day I called. They were so kind and gentle. Turns out it was a bacterial infection. They cleaned its ears and got him the medicine to help him get better. I saw improvement by the next day, and the puppy was back to being happy!“

Dr Graf is the kind of person who takes care of your whole family, humans and pets alike. She always explains clearly what’s going on, and every option you have, but also takes into account what’s actually best for your pets quality of life and what you yourself can manage. When I was young and broke, that meant telling me my cats would need to get their teeth cleaned way ahead of time so I could get the money together. Now, with very elderly cats and a basically stable bank account, that’s telling me an invasive procedure might be too hard on their hearts, here’s some gentler options. (She also always calls personally with test results and follow ups to explain them and to plan next steps).
The more knowledgeable and informed we are, the better we can take care of our fur babies. Dr Graf makes sure we’re all working together to give our pets their best lives.“

“I brought my blue diamond dove in after another vet failed to properly diagnose him. He was distraught, I was distraught and thought I was going to have to euthanize him.
They were very accommodating with scheduling.
And I felt immediately relieved as the doctor gave him a thorough exam and explanation of her findings. She did a quick gram stain that showed he had a bacterial infection and sent us home with antibiotics. Boom. Problem solved.
Wish I'd come here first! It's a long drive for us from Bounder County, but I won't go anywhere else in the future. This doctor clearly knows what she's doing.

The staff has worked closely with me to keep him under his reaction threshold and keep him comfortable by listening carefully to how to handle and approach him. Dr. Herman performed Athena's spaying procedure. I was really nervous leaving her there, but she did great. I was so grateful for the before surgery consultation, the midday update from the desk, and when I picked her up she was a bit sleepy, but perfect. She recovered VERY quickly and really didn't ever seem to experience noticeable discomfort.
I have moved out of the area or I'd still be going here, but if I end up moving closer I will for sure be back.“

“As I artived for my cats check up, the staff made me very comfortable as they took me to the exam room. Dr rojas saw me in between her procedures to assure me my companion woud be attended to. She didnt have to do that, but thats the kind of person she is. She takes all things into consideration as ahe works with evryone. My dog has huge anxiety about the vet and we were actually turned away from our previous vet because he was “too aggressive.” Gental Touch took the time to get to know my dog and what would work best for him.
