Best place I went to my dogs really sick and I couldn't get anyone to help me veg animal hospital said they wouldn't help cause I didn't have 2000$ up frontand went back couple nights later for the vet to only tell me that I needed face reality and face facts that my dog is going to die and others turned me down over the phone but not gentle touch.🐕 as soon as I told them what was going on they weren't concerned about anything else but my dogs well being. The nurses and vet did what all the others wouldn't do and gave me meds to help my dog my Lil pup. I appreciate them so very much for being here to help her. I am definitely going back
I have been coming to Gentle touch with my dog for the last 5 years and Dr. Dunham, Dr. VanKoot and Dr. Drees as well as Natalie the vet tech and Brandon front desk/tech have been amazing answering questions, providing referrals and taking care of my dog. Just had my dog's annual dental cleaning and the pre and post directions were amazing. The patience and care was felt with each conversion. I wish my human doctors could be so kind! Even though I have moved away I wouldn't trust anyone else for my dogs care. Highly recommend this office for all pet needs.
Great first experience with my new kitten! Very thorough exam. The doctor explained everything thoroughly and took great care of him. The staff was all very helpful and friendly.
Update 5 years later: the staff remains amazing! And prices are better than most other places.
