I had to take my sweet baby girl chica last week because she is no longer here with us . When I went in crystal was so Gentle and comforting the whole time .. she was patient and was everything you need in hard time .. she got me a fur clipping and paw print and let us pick out a urn that was best for us … we got our baby girl back with her ashes and another paw gift and when we went to pick her up they were the same way. Every phone call someone was being so nice and fragile with me . A week later and I check the mail to my surprise the whole staff team signed a card and they mailed it to me giving me even more comfort. Have taken our cats to gentle touch for years and always get outstanding care. Very friendly staff, quick lab results, and return phone calls the same day. They also do an amazing job with fear free care if you have a skittish or temperamental kitty.
