I ordered carpet installation in December 2025 when Lowe's had a good discount for flooring materials. Sofia, Kluge Bros. Flooring representative was contacted with me every two weeks updating my project status. No pressure, no pushing. Finally, when I was ready in end of April 2026, we scheduled installation time.
Ricardo came at time, did his job fast and with quality, cleaned up the area after completed the carpet installation.

Contracted through Lowe's, and while we had some issues through the Lowe's system, Klugr Bros. Flooring was very easy to work with, and was able to easily accommodate the requests we had. The grinding and leveling work was done with incredible speed and precision, combined with their professionalism and expediency, I would use them again for future flooring needs.
This is our second time using Kluge for an install through Lowe’s. Both times have been excellent. Our installers, John and Dalton were excellent and very attentive to detail. We had an issue with the needed materials for the job and John went the extra mile (literally to our other Lowe’s on the south side!) to make sure we had what we needed. Highly recommend this contractor. They’ve done all the floors in our house now. Thanks guys!
