My wife and I are very happy with the end results. Concrete polishing is a very laborious task, requiring specialized machinery and extensive knowledge of concrete. Steve explained the process and the various outcomes and we were prepared for however the floors ended up. We chose to go with a low sheen satin polish, because it wont show dirt as much and we live out in the country. He started with our front entry, which proved to be challenging, due to the unevenness of the original pour. Steve took his time and ground it level.
