Based on customer reviews, GPS Plumbing & Mechanical provides excellent plumbing, mechanical, and furnace services. Customers describe Jeff as quick to respond, friendly, and professional. He quickly identifies problems, provides reasonable estimates, and fixes issues quickly and perfectly. The team goes above and beyond, showing up on time and explaining everything clearly. They leave the area clean when the job is done. In one case, they quickly set up a swamp cooler, charging only the standard set up fee even though they spent extra time and had to return. Another customer had their furnace replaced with excellent workmanship, price, and communication. Overall, customers describe the company as the best contractor they have hired and would highly recommend GPS Plumbing and Mechanical to anyone in need.
Needed our swamp cooler set up in the house we'd recently bought. GPS came quickly, only a couple of days after I called, on a Friday. They couldn't get it going, as the water line wouldn't hold pressure. They returned Monday morning to replace it, but I'd found out in the meantime, from the prior house owners, they'd moved the water line connection to a hard to see spot in another part of the house, but for some reason left the old connection appearing intact. Excellent experience with Jeff working on some plumbing and water tank issues at the house and he is now on my main call list for plumbing and mechanical! He quickly identified problems I was having, provided an estimate which was very reasonable, and took care of the issues quickly and perfectly. Also Jeff is very kind! I highly recommend this company!
Jeff was quick to respond to us and we didn’t have to wait long at all to get on his schedule. He worked fast on installation and was fairly priced. We will definitely use him again!
