Our house flooded last week Rapid Response was onsite within 30 minutes on a Sunday. They had a plan in place immediately and communicated with us every step of the way. They were onsite every day and got everything moved out and cleaned up in the best way possible. Aaron and his team made this hard time easier with their great attitudes and communication. 10/10 would recommend them to anyone that needs their services not just for flood mitigation. I went to Rapid Response to clean my large floor rug that was previously in a home with a lot of pets. They have really great service! They picked up my rug and did a great job cleaning it and making sure it was to their standards. I'm so happy that my rug is completely renewed. They were affordable and quick.
