We experienced a house fire in March 2023, which resulted in a destroyed kitchen and extensive smoke damage. Our insurance company suggested we call Rapid Response.Within 24 hours, Ricky was at our house to help us through the process. He was very kind, knowledgeable, and helpful! He worked closely with the insurance adjuster and made sure that everything we needed replaced was covered appropriately. He put us in contact with a wonderful contractor and content removal company.
