Jaxon was excellent. Even though he did not end up doing the plumbing work for me, he came out, checked everything carefully, and gave me an honest quote. Another plumber had told me I had a leak and that it would cost a lot to install a new water line from the meter to the house. Jaxon inspected it and explained that it was actually an irrigation leak, not a main water line problem. He was upfront and professional, and he even said this job did not need the full pressurized plumbing service his company would normally charge for. Instead of pushing extra work, he pointed me in a better direction that could save money and still fix the issue the right way. Excellent plumbing service and a polite, courteous crew like randall. We had randall come by to inspect the water inlet valves under our kitchen sink and test the water flow going to the dishwasher. Our dishwasher was not filling with water, and the appliance repair team could not fix it, so they told us to call a plumber. randall checked the supply line, shutoff valves, and connections, then found that the plumbing side was working correctly and the dishwasher itself seemed to be the issue. After hearing that, malachi even offered to be there when the appliance team returns so everyone can look at it together and get the problem solved without more back and forth. That kind of extra effort, clear communication, and honest plumbing service is really impressive, and i highly recommend them.
