Nathan and Zach completed a system upgrade for our vintage ground source (geothermal) heat pump. New Geo Flow loop pumping system integrated with new GeoComfort HVAC water furnace. The system combines heating and air conditioning for all seasons. The team’s attention to detail combined with trusted, friendly, professional installation and final commissioning work is exemplary.
We have used Horizon for many years, and I can say that when it comes to HVAC and plumbing you know you are getting guys you can trust and work you can depend on. While the recent change/merge has been a little rocky, I'm impressed with how they're working on all of this.
Jon came out to give us an estimate on replacing our tankless water heater today and fielded our many questions as well as came up with a creative new way to vent it as the original home owner did their own creative way that is not... the best. He is always professional and open and not overselling but also truly a master plumber who can not only fix the problem but fix it correctly so it lasts.
