Eldar and Sergey were both very professional, quick to arrive, and great at communicating throughout the process. We had a gas leak that was discovered after Xcel installed a new gas meter and had to get a new gas line installed. Not a fun way to spend our money, but one of those fixes that had to be done. Highly recommend this company for any plumbing needs!
Had a stubborn shower valve issue with no water reaching the spout even with a good cartridge in place. First visit didn’t solve it, and the initial assumption was the whole valve needed replacing (major job, opening up drywall). But Sergey came out himself, took the time to properly diagnose it, and found it was corrosion/debris blocking things up. He cleared it out and fixed the issue, no demo needed. Appreciated that he didn’t just default to the expensive fix. Honest, chill guy, I highly recommend him.
