“I was shocked that there was a chiropractor literally 2 blocks from where I live. I had had no idea at all that it was there. AND this chiropractor came highly recommended from someone that lives in my building! Cap Hill continues to reveal its unique neighborhood treasures well into year 2 of living here! I emergency made an appt here because I had had several shooting pain episodes at my part-time job and had no idea what was happening. I had gone to 2 Thai massages and they did help some things but the shooting pain thing down my leg returned. During my first appointment with Dr. Eisenhower, I felt like one of those wooden faceless dolls that people use to learn how to draw anatomy from. Dr. Eisenhower just pulled every limb and my spine and neck and literally uncrunched everything! He said I adjusted well. I had no idea how crunched everything had become! I had been working at this new job for only 4 months! I literally felt like a new person after my major first adjustment and found the ice pack on the roller machine afterward to be very pleasant. I could even put my hands palms to the floor bending forward which had not been possible for several months! I felt slight elation as well! I literally felt like I had just been woken up in LIFE. Prices are extremely reasonable and if you've been going to chiropractors throughout your life for 40+ years, then you've probably seen a RANGE of what goes on at a chiropractor. Dr. Eisenhower's place is very calming and his personality is friendly and calm. He does not seem to be aggressively selling a "chiropractic lifestyle". So that felt very positive. I've been 6 times now and am very pleased that I have not had any further shooting pains and I feel well on the way to a full recovery.“
