I had the best experience with Kate. She really listened to where I was feeling pain and went to work to provide healing and relief. She is kind, incredibly intuitive and had the most calming energy. I loved the whole vibe of the place and cannot recommend Mile High Holistics enough!

Seth was an awesome massage therapist. I had a 2 hour session with him and came out feeling great. I asked for deep tissue, and Seth is a big guy and was able to provide good pressure. He knew all the right trigger points on me and also used cupping to target my areas of pain. I think I fell asleep for a while during the massage. But came out of it feeling loose and light. Excellent experience!-

The staff at MHH are fantastic - knowledgeable, friendly healers! The monthly massage membership is a great deal with free add-ons like hot stones or aromatherapy and more. I always leave super relaxed and recharged.The place is small, which is nice because you can only have a few folks getting a service at a time. It’s always clean, tidy, and peaceful when I go. The sheets are also so soft!
