Initially had an issue with their dispatcher. A manager did call back and said they would work on training them since they mishandled the initial call. I can't vouch for their work as I ended up going with another plumber but I would give them another shot if I have another issue.
Dre with plumbing by far exceeded my expectations. Hard working professional, persistent in getting the job done right. Larry with drywall did a fantastic job patching up and making my house look back to normal. Plus his choice of tunes made my day a little brighter! Thanks Herman's plumbing for hiring these guys.
