Yesterday I went to the clinic because I had a sore throat and since I arrived they treated me very well. My visit was brief and didn't take long. What I liked is that they help you with the translation so that the doctor can understand what you are saying.
My husband stopped in yesterday on the early afternoon to have an abcess on his shoulder looked at. Andrew (NP) outlined all the possibilities, then proceeded to lance the abcess, clean it well, and pack it. An antibiotic was prescribed. Both Andrew and Brittany reviewed care and follow-up. The prescription was sent to the Poudre Valley Hospital and by the time we got there, it was ready. Everything - check-in, vitals, procedure, care instructions and picking up the prescription took about 90 minutes. It may have been a "slow" time but we were very pleased with the visit.
Super friendly and listen to patients. Just had one doctor who was a bit off but usually they are great. Can recommend this clinic. Wait time is usually not that bad. The longest we had to wait was like 45 min during the flu season. But usually we are in and out within 30/45min.
