I absolutely love the Zumba classes with Jose! He masked working out fun while learning new dance moves! They also have such incredible events like sounds baths, yoga and massage etc! Such an incredible place. Lacey brings such great energy to this space.

I've been working with Lacey for a year and a half and it has been absolutely wonderful! The changes in my flexibility and stability are amazing. Lacey was able to start where I was (in my now-in-my-50s-and-not-as-mobile-as-I-once-was body) and work with me in a very mindful and individual way. Her intuition on a weekly basis makes each session unique and always just what I need at that time.
I love every single session we have together! When we finish I feel grounded, open and able to breathe.
