“Crystal is an amazing esthetician. I’ve been her client for over 2.5 years now and go every month once a month. She’s truly an expert in my skin and the ✨experience ✨overall. I deal with regular redness and dryness, but leaving the spa after a facial from her, you’d never know that. Crystal did my wedding skin prep a couple days before saying “I do” as well so I promise - she’s awesome!

$80 a month ($100 after gratuity) is reasonable for me for what I get, and the double membership discount on product that happens a couple times a year is great for restocking my home skincare.

Communication with the desk/office hasn’t always been perfect over the years, but Lizzie stepping in has been positive for the spa. She is a great manager and does her best with the resources that this spa gets. She’s a great communicator and has put a lot of energy into helping transform the spa and front desk staff

My biggest qualm with hand and stone is that they changed the rewards program and it’s not as good tbh. But $80 facial compared to $120+ market price makes the rewards system basically moot for me personally so ??‍♀️“
