“My husband and I came here as a treat on our wedding weekend. We booked the basic massage, with access to the Sanctuary room. We had a wonderful experience! The entire place is beautifully decorated, with a very calming atmosphere. We did the Sanctuary room first. I wasn’t sure if I was going to do the cold plunge initially. But I was brave and after a few times going back and forth between the cold plunge and the warmer rooms (steam, dry sauna, and hot tub) my back felt amazing. I’ve struggled with back issues for a long time, and to my surprise it took a lot of the pain away.

After that we had our massages. We both loved it! My massage therapist was named Priya, and she was incredibly kind and talented. She was able to work around my back injury, and was incredibly accommodating to make sure I had a good experience. I’m sorry I don’t know the name of the lady who worked on my husband, but he had a 90 minute deep tissue and loved every minute of it.

My only piece of feedback is that we weren’t totally sure of the benefits of the salt room. We sat in there and enjoyed the light, and pushed the salt button but weren’t sure what we were supposed to do haha. Priya then explained that breathing in the salt air helps to clear your respiratory system, similar to gargling salt water when you are sick. Maybe a small plaque explaining that would be helpful, because we weren’t sure!

But overall, we had a fantastic experience and would happily come back next time we are in Boulder. The service was wonderful, and I’m now looking at cold plunge options where we live for my back. You’ve got us hooked now! 10/10“

“Run, don’t walk! Today for the first time I had a massage with Tracy, having loved her facials for years. OMG! She is miraculous. I had a combination soothing massage with magical-feeling hot stones, and it untied my muscles like nothing else (including previous deep massage elsewhere). Next time I want to try the 90-minute massage that involves only heated stones, and I can’t wait — this was incredibly loosening and helpful for me. Tracy is amazing. If you can possibly benefit from her expertise, I recommend you RUN — not walk — to take advantage of it!!! Plus, she is super-nice: an add-on benefit“

I would suggest the spa itself, however, do a little upkeep & maintenance. Spas can lose favor if they skip the maintenance part. The loops on the bathrobes are usually missing at least one, sometimes like today, missing both. The robes are heavy, outdated, and don’t have that “spa” feel. I also noticed that the areas around the sinks was not clean.
I love this spa and don’t want to see it lose business. You know how picky Boulder can be.

Clean, well kept, thoughtful details provided like earplugs, personal hygiene kit, neck support floatation ring, a pool floaty noodle perfectly sized for my ankles, plenty of towels, shampoo, conditioner, body wash and lotion for cleaning up afterwards. Love that the cabin includes both a shower and toilet! (It is a huge disruption to deep relaxation if it is necessary to dry off, wrap in a towel and head down the hall to use a bathroom in the middle of your float time.) Friendly staff. Nice controls for lighting & music inside the pod. Overall… great place!“
