Exceptional service by the project manager, office, and roofing crew. My insurance did not want to pay for all the work that was needed. John negotiated to have my roof and outbuildings fully repaired, re-roofed and brought up to code. Great prompt communication with the office and roofing crew supervisor. Everyone did what they promised when they promised it and addressed any concerns that I had. I 100% recommend Severe Weather to anyone needing some roofing repairs maintenance or replacement.

If I could give John Anderson more than 5 stars I would. He is a direct communicator, does what he promises and does a great job. He helped our family with a difficult roofing replacement circumstance. He assisted us with the insurance company to replace our family's roof prior to a first big snow storm of the season. I have immense gratitude for his willingness to work through a tough circumstance with the highest integrity.
