Really pleased with professionalism, communication, fantastic and timely work. My field representative was Ryan and from our first contact at my front door he communicated clearly regarding all the details. He was quick to respond by phone and e-mail when I needed him. We had something come up in our lives that necessitated moving up the install date, and Ryan made it happen. It's a beautiful, well installed roof. We recently worked with Norman Neff to replace our roof after a major hail storm last summer and he has made the process a breeze. We had had our roof replaced only 6 years ago with a different company and working with them versus Norman at Interstate Roofing has been night and day. From the initial visit, Norman took the time to talk to us about our options, the materials, and even suggested a slight change to some of the roofing materials to improve the look of our house. We have been very happy with the work that Norman and his team have delivered and we'd recommend their services to others.
