Ben was so incredibly helpful to me with a disaster at my house. From the first time he walked in to saying goodbye at the end of the project I felt listened to, supported and guided by his professionalism and calm. He did an outstanding job and saved me from having to rip up some tile thanks to his persistence. Highly, highly recommend him and his company.

Can't say enough good things about Balor Restoration. We discovered mold in our bathroom and Ben came out to do a thorough mold inspection — he took a less-invasive approach than the other company we'd talked to, which we really appreciated. He clearly knows the industry standards inside and out. Throughout the remediation he kept us informed, documented everything for insurance, and left the space clean. For water damage restoration, mold remediation, or any kind of moisture issue in the Fort Collins area, Balor is the real deal. Professional, knowledgeable, and trustworthy.
