“Matt and the entire team at Sit Means Sit (Connor and Justin!) have been amazing in supporting us and our newly adopted pup, Finn. My partner and I adopted Finn in January 2026 at the age of 1, and he had already established some pretty difficult behaviors as a result of being shuttled around from shelter to shelter without proper training and structure (ex: extreme leash reactivity, leash pulling, playing too rough with other dogs, shying away from his face being touched, etc.). We signed Finn up for a 10 day board and train program and it not only gave us and our pup a solid foundation for his training, but it resulted in immediately better behavior. Additionally, we are able to attend weekly group training classes (on Wednesdays and Saturdays) to keep up with Finn's training, socialize him in a comfortable setting, and work through behavior hiccups in real time with the support of Sit Means Sit trainers. But the support extends far beyond the classes - Matt also constantly checks in on Finn while he's at doggy daycare at K9 Corral, making sure to reinforce his training and correcting lingering bad behaviors. This is not something we expected him to do, but it has given us such peace of mind when we drop Finn off for the day! We cannot thank Sit Means Sit enough!“
