We had a great experience from start to finish. Johnny helped us with the ideal hot tub selection for our home, and then Leo and Ethan delivered it with care. Such a great team of experts...knowledgeable, friendly, reliable, and honest! Thank you to all! (And we look forward to their monthly servicing/maintenance of our new hot tub!)

I highly recommend mountain mist spas. All the staff were amazing and really friendly! I had so many “dumb” question and they made me feel comfortable about asking everything. They were patient with me and really helped me understand how to operate my hot tub as well as understand the chemicals. What I loved most was after a few days of having the hot tub I called and they were so helpful in getting me back on track (user error haha) The delivery was really fast and set up was quick too! Overall service was outstanding! 10 out of 10!!!!!

I get a lot of my repairs and large items like new covers from this location. The staff is always very helpful and knowledgeable. Will keep coming here to keep my tub in tiptop shape!
