SPA WORLD Fort Collins….June of 2021 we purchased our hot tub/spa. We spent several weekends looking in and around Northern Colorado. While some had very nice spa setups…when we walked into SPA WORLD it just felt different. We instantly felt we were probably going to end up with our spa from them. Had an issue with my hot tub so I called Kurt at Spa World in Ft. Collins! He said he would get right on it! Less than 12 hours later he called me back and said a Technician was on the way!! Jake arrived and got right to the problem!! About 45 minutes later he had the tub up and running!! You the man Jake!! Very impressed with both Kurt and Jake! Very professional and knowledgeable!! If you are thinking about buying a Hot Tub, check out Spa World in Ft. Collins!!!! You won’t be disappointed!!! Great Tubs and great service!!!
