Kurt and the team at Spa World are fantastic. Very honest, upfront and SO helpful. We had a complicated situation to remove an older unit, and Kurt went above and beyond. I highly recommend these folks.
For no apparent reason my hot tub stopped running, probably a number of days ago. There was an abundance of algae floating around the tub so I called Spa World and explained the situation. They told me they could fit me in later today or tomorrow, but first I should check to make sure it was not an electrical problem. It was. The breaker for the hot tub was not tripped but it was not sending power to the hot tub so I took their advice and called an electrician. It was indeed an electrical problem which took a long time to diagnose and resolve.
