I will definitely be using this business! We had an issue with an older faucet (which the parts were no longer being made). It sounded like it was going to be a nightmare because one plumber said they would have to replace the entire tub/faucet system until I contacted JT plumbing. When I reached out to them I got a real person not a dumb phone tree to leave a message. That is huge in todays world! They sent one of their technicians, Trey, and he was great and up front. He tried to repair it, but told us he had to order a special part to get the repair done due to the age of the faucet's age.
