We recently had my three year old son's birthday celebration at Family Balance Yoga with a class led by Robin and Kayla. It was wonderful! The class was engaging for all the kids and also really fun. I honestly wasn't sure what to expect out of yoga for three year olds but the class was totally age appropriate and Robin and Kayla were both amazing with the kids. I am so happy that I stumbled across the website for Family Balance Yoga and I cannot wait to take both of my kids back for a family class!
Robin is an amazing teacher, able to adapt to the level of her students as well as change what they can do if they have pain or disabilities that prevent them to be able to do certain moves. She is very encouraging and I highly recommend her classes.
I can only say great things about FBY! The instructors are awesome and so patient. I was incredibly intimidated to begin yoga and every instructor has suggestions for us newbies. I absolutely love going and in 3 short weeks I have become addicted, I can tell a difference when I don't go! Thank you Robin and team for letting me join the challenge and hope to do the next one!
